Fenn Logistics provides transport and supply-chain services from its base near Burton-on-Trent for key clients involved in the food and ambient sectors right across the UK. During these strange and unprecedented times along with many other businesses, they have been delivering vital food supplies up and down the country.

Gary Major, Owner and MD of Fenn Logistics commented; “We brought this vehicle into our fleet as it supports our commitment to the future and to offering drivers the best tools to ply their trade on behalf of our customers.

 All of our drivers put themselves, and their families and colleagues at risk of contracting the Coronavirus through contact with operatives in customers across the UK.  It isn’t too much of a stretch of the imagination to describe our employees as part of the supply-chain ‘front line.’

 Having resources such as this new tractor help make the process more efficient and this tractor offers significant benefits:

Change is inevitable and it comes to all of us and, from 1^st February 2020, RG Fenn Limited is changing its ‘trading name’ to Fenn Logistics Limited but it is not just a change for change sake.  We believe it reflects what we do, rather than what we did. The Legal entity, Company Registration Number, VAT number and the Directors of the Company will all remain the same.

We believe is a more appropriate’ brand’ name for the long-term.

I, our management and all of our drivers are committed to being a true logistics business and we look forward to working with you in the years to come.

New Trailers and Partnership with Montracon

RG Fenn provides transport and supply chain services from its base near Burton-on-Trent for a number of clients in the food and ambient sectors right across the UK. It has a fleet of artic and rigid units in both box and curtain side formats that allow for a huge degree of flexibility in the type and scale of product handled.

It was recently proud to take delivery of three new curtain side units from Montracon, who provided a great product at a price that was reasonable.

The roll out of this new livery and corporate image is almost complete and it is aimed at underpinning RG Fenn’s already recognised reputation.

Whilst RG Fenn has been operating successfully and has grown its customer base every year since 1989, recent changes to its management team and structure are aimed at enhancing an already well established range of services to include fully supply chain solutions, greater levels of warehousing and value added services together with the ability to offer palletised as well as full-load distribution.

RG Fenn’s 25th anniversary saw some significant changes to the structure and to the team with the inclusion of very experienced operators to complement RG Fenn’s already well recognised skills and will enable a greater flexibility and focus on improving an already excellent range of service.
